Balneo Therapies

The therapeutic use of bathing. Minerals, muds or aromatherapy oils can be used to further intensify the benefit, as they are absorbed through the skin. Balneo Therapy may involve hot or cold water massage with moving water for relaxation or stimulation. Treatments include: Detox Bath, Relax Bath, and Tea Bath.
